 Nicola is very friendly, motivating and professional. The workouts leave me feeling good about myself and that I've pushed myself and on my way to getting back in shape, yet I don't feel worried that I'm overdoing it having just had a baby. The workouts are tailored to your personal recovery from pregnancy and childbirth. I would highly recommend!

I've just completed a ten week Buggyfit course and feel great! I started 8 weeks after having my baby and now feel fit, confident and ready to go on holiday!

I've also met lots of lovely ladies and formed new friendships.

Buggyfit is a brilliant way to get back to exercise safely and with excellent support from Nicola and the other class buddies.

As a very unfit mum carrying baby weight, the thought of hardcore exercise was daunting however Nicola was so friendly and catered to all levels of fitness that i found her buggy fit classes really enjoyable. I will defo be back and would recommend them to new mums. Also a great way to meet new friends.

Had my first session with Nicola yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed every minute! Never EVER thought i'd say that about exercise. Nicola is so motivating, understanding and clear with her instructions. Session was varied, interesting and just the right level of tough - jelly legs that's for sure! Can't wait for next week!

I started buggyfit last year when my first son was about 9 months old. I'd always wanted to start exercising after having him but couldn't find a class that fitted into our new family routine. Buggyfit was the perfect solution!

When I found out I was expecting with my second I was determined to carry on! Nicola was fab at showing me easier ways of doing the exercises and always made sure I was not going to injure me or my bump! I managed to easily carry on until about 24 weeks when I decided to stop (mainly because of winter though!)

My second son is now 9 weeks and I have just returned back to buggyfit! After just one session I am motivated again and keen to get back into shape! Nicola is so friendly and easy to get along with, it was like meeting up with an old friend catching up on how things have been!

I definitely think buggyfit helped with my general fitness and posture doing pregnancy and helped my body recover quicker after birth. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to exercise whilst being out in the fresh air with other mums!

Your classes helped me worked through early PND- the fresh air and exercise helped me keep some order in my mind at a time where my mind often spiralled. You are immense and so are your classes- I miss you!! Xx

I want to share my experience of training with you Nicola so that other mums can know that it is possible to turn things around and get back to feeling like you again.  
I remember our first training session of my ten week programme and I cried because I was so upset with myself that I had got so big. You gave me such encouragement and support and I felt relieved that I was able to take action and do something about it.  
I couldn’t have lost the stone and a bit and got fit and toned again without your consistent encouragement and support.  
I have learnt a lot about what I should and shouldn’t be feeding my body and I felt amazing after cutting out all the bad food so much so I still don’t eat refined sugars and have reduced my carbs and processed foods so much.
I feel like I have achieved something really positive in my life and I hope that other mums feel inspired to do the same and get themselves to you so they can also be the best version of themselves.

I met Nicola after I had my first baby. At this point in my life I was muddling through with a new baby and my needs as a mum and women had become very low down on my list of priories’. I wanted to lose my baby weight, become stronger and feel happier in myself but the thought of going to a gym or a fitness class filled me with dread.  From the moment I met Nicola I felt at ease; her positive, enthusiastic and caring outlook was a breath of fresh air. I booked a course of 1:1 personal training sessions and honestly haven’t looked back since. Every session has been tailored to my individual needs and goals and Nicola always takes the time to explain what we are doing and most importantly why.

It was really important for me that I trained in a way that would be enjoyable and I wouldn’t get bored. I knew it would be hard work but I also wanted to enjoy it. Nicola made my sessions fun (there has been plenty of laughter along the way) and on those days when I didn’t feel I was getting anywhere or I would never achieve my goal, Nicola picked me up, motivated me and put a smile on my face.  We trained outside in the fresh air which was amazing and used a variety of different types of fitness equipment so each work out was different, I have lost inches, toned up and become stronger and fitter. Most importantly I feel like me again and so much happier not only physically but also mentally 

Nicola has now trained me for 3 years and during that time I had my second baby. I was planning to finish training after my last block of training but genuinely missed it so much I’m planning to attend her classes and hopefully book some more PT sessions. 

Nicola is inspiring, she encourages you to become the best version of you and truly cares about her clients. Her knowledge and expertise of pre and post-natal fitness is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her; go for it you won’t regret it!

I just wanted to thank Nicola for helping change my body before I was a mum. Back in the summer I started buggy fit and it was a great place to meet new mums and going somewhere where you can exercise with a baby! 
Once chatting to Nicola she offers personal training the knowledge this lady has about post natal recovery is amazing. She tailored my exercise to my post recovery and taught me things that personally think the NHS should offer! #4thtrimester
I am not one to post picture of me as I hated my body the beginning of my PT sessions.
These changes were in a matter of 4-5 weeks of good nutrition and exercise plans by Nicola I lost a stone!! 
I am not where I want to be - but I am on the right path to loving my body again.
Invest in yourself ladies 💕 money well worth spent. Will be purchasing another block of PT very soon.
