Birth Preparation & Pregnancy Exercise - Personal Fitness Training

Giving birth requires a lot of stamina! With this in mind I am able to give Mums to be not only an exercise programme that will prepare them for labour and birth but also for the exhausting first weeks post delivery (the 4th trimester). This will allow faster recovery after birth and help them cope better with sleep deprivation and get them back in to shape sooner.

Post-Natal Personal Fitness Training

These will normally commence after your 6-10 week check up with your GP. I design a programme that will get you either your pre- pregnancy body back or an even better one. Taking into consideration your new life patten with sleep deprivation and a new baby in tow.

I realise that most mothers are keen to get back into shape after babys arrival. I will create a step by step programme that will not only bring you back to full fitness but will include toning, conditioning, posture and restrengthening the core and pelvic floor. It’s not easy to find the time or space to do exercise with a new baby to take care of. So, I can organise sessions at your home or we can meet in a local park where baby can come too and hopefully nap.

Sessions are booked in blocks of 10 at £45 per session. Mileage is charged depending on session location.
