Indoors, all children welcome, all Mums must be 6 months minimum postnatal.
Short but effective. The session is enough to reach an anaerobic zone, train your heart and burn some serious energy. Effective and efficient. Great if your a time poor mum. The intense workout will see an impressive change in a short space of time.
SUPPORTS WEIGHT LOSS: High intensity exercise including strength and cardio will maximise on the calorie burn whilst training your muscles simultaneously, meaning it can ramp up your metabolism.
Improved stamina, endurance and health: This safe training is a good way to build fitness, fast. developing your stamina and endurance. It will improve your ability to keep up with your children and reach new fitness levels.
Great for all abilities: The great thing about this class is that you can work at your own level by modifying some of the tougher exercises to suit you. So everybody can get involved with it and progress from their own point.
