C-Section Massage
Once the incision has healed (no scabs), c-section massage can help with:

“Having seen a physio on a regular basis for a number of years I wanted to try soft tissue massage with Nicola to see if a different technique could help with some ongoing aches and pains which had been exacerbated through my pregnancy and postpartum journey. It was as if Nicola has a sixth sense; finding the bits I knew were sore straight away and even some areas I hadn’t even realised were tight!
